Procedure and Method Development

and so on. Taken as a whole, they can be seen as a “recipe book”
for success available to any new organisation within company.
- These checklists and summaries of work procedures
are supplemented by user friendly, comprehensible handbooks and user
guides for the relevant data processing tools.
Coaching, Innovation Management and Monitoring
- With our coaching of change processes, we make
sure that the path from former to future organisation and data processing
tools is fully supported by all involved.
- Along with this, measures of change and implementation,
upon having been completed, are not simply “checked off the
list” as with traditional project management, but rather the
degree to which they have been effectively achieved is monitored as
the new process runs.
